Chad was a referral from our financial advisor for a house re-fi and I can't begin to describe the relief and total satisfaction I've had with his team both with the refi's we've done and our taxes when we moved them over...I've owned a business for over 25 years, I've never seen a more professionally run, personally invested person than Chad. We found Chad originally to do our taxes but knew we would need to refinance our house out of our FHA loan eventually. Him and his team are fantastic. Not only was it so easy and simple but they communicated everything to you clearly and efficiently. Never once were we pushed to do something or had any confusion, unlike when we initially bought our house with a different group before we found Chad and had attempted to refinance with someone else. On top of that, they also laid out a plan to get us out of credit card debt. I've been working on it for a couple years and after a short conversation with Chad, I feel like I have a grip on it and will be out of debt in 14 months (where as I thought it would take yearssssss). My husband and I cannot thank him and his team enough.
