Operations Assistant (Seasonal, 30-40 hrs/week)

We’re looking to continue elevating our client service, so it’s critical we find the right Operations Assistant to join our small, high-energy company!
 
Qualities/Skills/Experience Required:
  • Excellent character & integrity
  • Dedicated to superior client service (strong interpersonal/communication skills)
  • Embrace technology & systems (ability to follow process manuals)
  • Strong computer skills (accuracy & efficiency are musts)
  • Solid proficiency with MS Office Programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Ability to work independently & in a team atmosphere (dependable & friendly)
  • Detail & deadline oriented (organized & able to multi-task)
 
Brief Description of Duties:
  • Heavy data entry
  • Scanning, printing, shredding, mailings
  • Inventory management (office supplies)
  • Greeting incoming clients
  • Phone contact using established scripts
  • Work with, and assist team members with support tasks

  • Company Systems in place for consistent & reliable processes
  • Tools provided for efficiency (templates for common tasks, etc.)
  • Ongoing training to help you reach the next level!
 
KEY POINTS:
  • It's a plus if you desire ongoing seasonal work, with 30-40 hours per week during our busy season (every February - April).
  • We’re looking for someone driven to achieve an increased role/responsibility
  • Absolutely have to enjoy data entry
