Below is a simple, step-by-step indication of what to expect with our refinance home loan process.

Loan Pre-Approval
Once you've returned the paperwork requested after our initial phone conversation, we'll pre-approve you for a variety of home loans. We'll then contact you to coordinate our Loan Consultation.

Loan Consultation
During our Loan Consultation, we'll review all your options together so you can decide which loan best meets your needs. We'll be sure to answer any and all questions you have so you feel comfortable moving forward with the loan you choose.

Rate Lock & Application
After you decide on a loan, we'll lock in your interest rate and begin the application process.

Loan Submission & Appraisal
Once you return the signed loan application with other requested documents, we'll submit your loan package to the lender for approval. At this time we'll also order the appraisal, if an appraisal is required.

Loan Approval
Upon receiving your loan approval from the lender, we'll contact you to review any further items we may need from you as a condition of your approval. In the meantime, we'll take care of any internal conditions that need to be handled.

Loan Document Signing
Once all loan approval conditions have been satisfied (including clearance of the appraisal report), we'll prepare final loan documents for you to sign in front of a Notary.

Loan Funding & Recording
After all loan conditions have been cleared, we'll let you know that the lender has funded your loan (which means the new lender has provided the funds to accomplish your refinance goals). Then your loan will be recorded with the county and all funds disbursed appropriately. At this point, your refinance has been completed. Congratulations!
